1. Who we are

This website is owned and operated by Wavenet Solutions LLC, an Optimum Authorized Reseller. We are an independent company. We are not Optimum, and this is not the official Optimum website. Optimum Communications, Inc. (formerly Altice USA, Inc.) and CSC Holdings, LLC are not parties to these terms.

2. What we do and do not provide

We take service orders and submit them to Optimum on your behalf. Optimum provides the service. Optimum is solely responsible for installation, network performance, equipment, billing, plan changes, cancellation and customer support. Your service relationship is with Optimum and is governed by Optimum's residential customer agreement and terms, which you accept when your account is created.

3. Pricing, offers and availability

All prices, speeds, promotional credits, prepaid card offers and price-lock terms shown on this site are set by Optimum. They vary by service address, are subject to credit approval and eligibility requirements, and may change or be discontinued at any time without notice. Advertised speeds are for wired connections; actual speeds, including over WiFi, vary and are not guaranteed.

Information on this site may not reflect the offer available at your address at the moment you order. The terms confirmed to you by Optimum at the time your order is placed control.

4. Availability checks

Entering an address on this site is a request for a specialist to check availability. It is not an order, a quote or a confirmation that service is available. No order exists until Optimum accepts it and confirms it to you.

5. Compensation

We are compensated by Optimum for service orders placed through this site or by calling the number shown here. This does not change the price you pay Optimum.

6. Calls, texts and consent

We market nationwide, and calls and texts are subject to federal law and to the telemarketing statutes of your state, some of which impose stricter requirements. By providing your phone number and asking us to contact you, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Wavenet Solutions LLC about your inquiry, including via automated technology, at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or tell an agent to stop calling. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training.

7. Acceptable use of this site

You agree not to use this site to submit false information, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape or copy it for a competing service, or for any unlawful purpose.

8. Trademarks and content

Optimum, the Optimum logo and related marks are trademarks of CSC Holdings, LLC, used on this site under authorization as an Optimum Authorized Reseller. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners. The layout, text and design of this site are owned by Wavenet Solutions LLC or used with permission.

9. Third-party links

This site links to optimum.com and may link to other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from any service provided by Optimum. Our total liability relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Wavenet Solutions LLC against claims arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Wavenet Solutions LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Illinois, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
