This policy explains how Wavenet Solutions LLC ("we", "us") handles information collected through optimumfibersavings.com and through calls placed to the phone number shown on this site. We market nationwide; Optimum service itself is available only within Optimum's service footprint. Wavenet Solutions LLC is an Optimum Authorized Reseller. This site is not operated by Optimum, and Optimum's own privacy policy governs the information you provide to Optimum after your account is created.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us. The service address you enter to check availability, and the name, phone number, email address and service preferences you provide when you call or ask us to place an order.
  • Order information. The plan you select and details required by Optimum to open an account. Credit checks and identity verification are performed by Optimum, not by us.
  • Automatically collected information. IP address, device and browser type, referring page, advertising click identifiers, and pages viewed on this site.
  • Call information. Calls to our sales line may be recorded or monitored for quality and training. You will be notified at the start of the call.

How we use information

  • To check service availability at your address and quote current offers
  • To place and service the order you ask us to submit to Optimum
  • To respond to your questions about an order we placed
  • To measure and improve our advertising, and to detect fraud and abuse

How we share information

We share the information needed to place your order with Optimum (CSC Holdings, LLC, a subsidiary of Optimum Communications, Inc.). Once your order is submitted, Optimum handles that information under its own privacy policy. We also use service providers — hosting, call handling, CRM and advertising measurement — who process information only on our instructions. We disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.

Advertising and analytics
